“We start with raw dates–it’s a natural sweetener, then we use mesquite to give it a nice caramel flavour as well as all the nutrients it has. We build that onto a base of chaga and coconut milk, and then steam up the whole thing. We also use vanilla, cacao paste, and cacao powder.
